hi there!i am moving out, so my awesome room mate needs someone responsible, laid back, and generally cool to rent out my master bedroom. there's a balcony, fire place, and its centrally located to csun. literally, it's a one-minute drive to the school, and a ten-minute walk.
across the street, we have a pizza place, liquor store, salon, and dry cleaners.
