are you looking for a place that's near downtown or uptown but want the neighborhood experience? check out my place. i need a roommate to rent out the second bedroom in the upstairs duplex i rent. i'd need you to help take up the lease that ends in june 2013. a deposit of your half of the first and last month's rent is required. we can talk about that.the place is big, around 1500 square feet. it has a nice kitchen, good sized living room and dining room. nice breezy three-season porch. there are ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. i have a window air conditioner that does a good job in the summer. toasty old school radiator heat. we'd share one bathroom but there is free laundry in the basement and lots of basement storage as well. we'd split the water, gas, electric, cable/internet bills. there's a garage to share with the downstairs neighbors and a parking pad there too and lots of street parking if needed. a nice little backyard with a brick patio, fire pit and grills. walking distance to a great coffee shop with wifi, a market and easy access to i-394 and lots of bus routes. really close to the cedar lake bike trail.
your room would not be furnished but the rest of the house is mostly furnished but we can make room for your stuff too. i'm flexible.
i'm a 43 year old male, non-smoker, no pets, no children live at the house but they do visit here twice per week. i work m-f regular business hours. i'm a fun guy and the downstairs neighbors are very cool and we all look out for each other. the bryn mawr neighborhood is beautiful.
