i have one room to rent in my spacious, clean, pool home.

rent does include utilities as well as wireless internet. house has many amenites and is close to the 15 and 215. restaurants and shopping are also near by.

i only have one room to rent and prefer to rent it to only one person. please no live in boy/girl friends or kids.

some furniture items can be provided if needed.

i have no preference as to a male or female roommate. just as long as they are clean, respectful and courteous of others. no smoking or drugs!

i am 28-year-old professional female and my roommate is a 34-year-old professional male. we are both very responsible, easygoing people who get along with most anyone.
