looking for someone to take over my lease beginning in january 2012! moving out of minnesota for a job offer. the place is a five-bedroom townhome located two blocks from the msu campus. some of the features of the townhome include:- five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms
- washer/dryer included within unit
- high speed wireless internet/cable tv available in every room
- kitchen is fully equipped with over/microwave/refrigerator
- other four roommates are all guys.. very easy going/responsible roommates
- lease runs from jan-aug. 2012, no security deposit needed!
rent is $320+utilities/cable but willing to negotiate a lowered rate for the right person!
