my roommate and i share a 1-bedroom in hollywood. but they’re moving out, and that means you’re moving in!

- you get the larger living area and half of the dining area
- we share the living / dining areas during the day

okay, now for some nitty gritty stuff. i’m on a month-to-month lease, and both my and my roommate’s names are on the lease. they’re going to assign their part of the lease to you, and from thereon you and i pay month-to-month.

i am going to run a credit check and need to see proof of recent income or a bank account statement. i’ll have an agreement written up, and the most important detail on there is that if either of us choose to move out, we’ll give the other 30-days notice.
