i have a bedroom for rent. my friend is staying in the living room at the moment, so there's two of us here.. the rent is only 500 for your own private room so it's very cheap for the westside. we are 5 minutes from the beach, five minutes from ucla and right near sony and fox studios.

internet and cable is 55 every month and electricity and water is 25 dollars every two months. parking can be bad but we do have one parking spot.

there's 1.5 bathrooms and we keep it very clean. parking sucks, we get one spot, the general rule is last one home gets it.

m or f is fine with us as long as your chill. drinking is cool, smoking is cool as long as it's outside. i don't mind guests as long as they aren't practically living at the place (ie they're not there every night.)
