2bd/1bth apartment to be shared immediately, preferably with another female student.the apartment is located at the renaissance towers in the south park district of downtown los angeles, directly next to the fashion institute of design and merchandising (fidm).
it is also near usc, loyola, otis, cal state, lattc, and mount st. mary's college.
this is a beautiful apartment on the 8th floor, entirely furnished, with an extremely large balcony (almost as big as the apartment itself!) overlooking an amazing view of the downtown skyline.
the unit is 1,180 sq.ft and $2,383/mo ($1,191.50) - not including utilities.
the renaissance towers has 24-hour security, several laundry facilities, gym, rooftop pool/spa/lounge, etc. it is a gated community and includes two parking spaces.
it is an excellent location in the heart of downtown and only a walk away from many restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping, public transportation, and l.a. live.
i'm most importantly looking for a respectful and clean person, as there is unfortunately just one bathroom! also, must be ok with cat and smoking (outside only).
