hello.i am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bath located in the palm court apartments between 8th st and wilshire blvd in the miracle mile area. the apt is right across from the el rey theater (a great venue to see live music, i highly recommend in case you've never been). i am looking for someone to move in on or soon after dec 27th. lease terms are at least 6 months and then month-to-month, very flexible. the apartment is complete with:
- on-site laundry,sauna, gym, roof sun deck, outdoor pool and hot tub
- large, furnished living room with gas fire place
- large ground floor patio facing the inside of a beautiful courtyard
- kitchen with all appliances
- secured underground parking (spaces are one in front of the other but there's plenty of street parking as well)
the available room has its own private bath with large shower, small linen closet and huge walk-in closet (i guess "huge" is relative but it's larger than i expected). cable and wireless internet are already hooked up and ready to go.
i am looking for a professional, responsible person (m/f) who is easy going, clean, and respectful of the shared living arrangement (no smokers please) and most of all a happy person please. if you have a good sense of humor that would be a bonus. preferably mid-20's to mid-30's. i am a respectful, professional 27 year old female who is very clean. i tend to work a lot, have a long commute, travel and go out with friends both during the week and most weekends so i'm not home often. i am very friendly, extremely low drama (i'm not just saying that), outgoing and social.
