we have one room avaliable now. it's private room w/private bathroom (shower). all utilities included plus wirless internet (18m) and basic cable+hbo. room is equiped with full size bed. room size is about 10'by10'.we have another private room avaliable 1 jan 2011, share bathroom and the room comes with queen size bed and room size is about 12'by18'. all utilities included plus wirless internet (18m)
*private bedroom is located on second floor (wall to wall carpet)
* laundry and dryer available in the house
*access to fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove w/oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, cooking ware, dishes, utensils etc...)
* access to tennis court and swimming pool (club house).
* have elliptical (cardio machine), ab roller in the sun room and pool table for roommate to enjoy.
* have a koi pond
* across from park and lots of jogging places around.
* parking is in the street, there are plenty of parking spaces.
walking distances to bus lines, bally total fitness, supermarket, restaurants and library. movie theater, costco and shopping mall is 1 mile away.
cal state l.a. is about 5 miles from our home.

driving distance to usc is 12 miles about 20 min drive
12 min drive to downtown l.a., about 2min drive to monterey park, and about 5 min. to alhambra.
roommates in this house are quiet and clean and this neighborhood is quiet and clean as well.

we are looking for someone willing to commit at least 6 months, clean, quiet, and responsible and respect other people’s privacy and who pays rent on time.
