the room is available on 23rd april.
the private room is at the front of the house, is spacious (144 sq ft) and comes complete with a window-mounted air-conditioning unit and private en-suite half bathroom. .
communal use of other areas of the house includes the kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer) and bath/shower room (shared with one other very clean tenant) and the swimming pool, workout room, and bbq. we also have some limited storage available in the garage.
close to csun, malls, bus lines, balboa park, markets.
in summary, we are asking for the following: $250 refundable deposit and $725 per month. the rent includes:
• private room with en-suite half bathroom, a/c and dvr
• all utility bills (gas, electric, trash etc.)
• unlimited dsl high speed internet
• 450 cable channels including all premium (at&t u-verse)
• use of laundry facilities – front loading he machines
• use of swimming pool and bbq
• some storage space in the garage
• gym in garage
• 4 5-gallon arrowhead bottles of water delivered with hot/cold dispenser
• access to streaming netflix & wii game system
• communal areas professionally cleaned every second friday
• non-nuisance pets welcome
we are quiet, laidback and fun professionals, no kids or pets. we respect privacy, honesty and integrity and are looking for a tenant with the same qualities. one of the roommates works at concert venues (the wiltern & the hollywood bowl) and shares tickets.
