i am a full time employee with one 11 month old son and another baby on the way. i am looking for someone who is stable, drama free and has a steady income. if you work full time your rent is 700 if you don't work but have steady income rent will be more due to more use of electric, gas, and other utilities used through out the day. i have cable hooked up in the rooms. you will have full access to the kitchen as well. i'm easy to get along with and i'm not a strict person as far as rules. i do have children though so this can not be a party house! i don't mind outside smokers and occasional drinkers as long as you are not a loud person. i have a dog so i can not have more pets. if interested please let me know! if you have a child too that is ok! i will even take a couple.
