i am renting two rooms. shared bath. laid back roomie in avenida herrera in la quinta cove for $550 a month with utilities included and a person who comes and clean the house 3 times a month, $500 deposit, negotiable.
i am looking for a clean roommate and good with payments. i am very clean, organize and quiet.
the house has a back yard and a patio, it is in a very good and quiet location.
