my girlfriend has 2 chihuahua's that she loves to death, and will be very upset if you even look at her dogs the wrong way, (that is a bit of an exaggeration, but only by about a hairs worth) so someone who loves little dogs is a must. it wont be hard for a dog lover to fall in love with our little ones, as they are the sweetest, cute little chihuahua's i have ever met, and both are well trained, quiet dogs.

i also have a pet snake that lives with us she is a red tail boa that is 6'10" or so and is only out of her cage when i am holding her, or she is being fed.

the room you will be getting is a 12' x 12' with a huge closet with 3 sliding doors in front of it. the room has a window in it. you would also get your own shower and toilet. however the sink in the vanity room you would be sharing with my girlfriend as our bathroom does not have a counter and she relies upon that to do her make up and such.

rent is $500 this covers rent, and utilities. we have internet available but if you want to use our internet we ask that you share the cost with us. which would be an additional $15-$20 a month. (we have wireless up and running through cox cable.) we have the second to fastest internet package available.

we do not need nor do we want any more furniture in our apartment, so anything you bring over plan on keeping in your room or in your bathroom.

currently my girlfriend and i live in the master bedroom. we are very laid back yet respectful people who are looking for the same. i am 24, she is 26. we are both rarely drink. i myself am a jr. mortgage and real estate consultant and i am also a computer repair technician. my girlfriend is an art major and has a lot of her own artwork hung in our apartment so you can check it out when you come by.

located freeway close and convenient to la mesa and downtown. right near the intersection of the 94 and spring st. there is a denny's across the street, as well as a 7-11 and a liquor store.
