i have a furnished bedroom and private bathroom in my 1017 sq ft apartment at archstone utc available from mid-december to july (first two weeks of rent are free).

-two pools and a jacuzzi
-high-vaulted cathedral ceilings
-spacious for one or even two people to share
-parking spot and plenty of street parking
-on-site laundry
-close to utc (all buses, shops, restaurants)
-close to 805, 52, and 5 highways
-quiet, safe area
-near several parks, hiking trails, and 15 minutes from the beach
-you can also have a dog or cat if you clean up after it, but the complex charges extra

only set rules are no shoes in the house.

you'll be living with me (a third year lit/writing and theatre major at ucsd) while my roommate is abroad in turkey (i'm nice! i promise).
