room has a futon and a desk in it both of which can be moved out if u have own stuff ud like to move in. door has lock and key. (although you won't have to worry bout ur stuff going missing!!!) there is a shared bathroom and of course u are welcome to kitchen and living room. u will also have access to a washer annd dryer

we are looking for a down to earth person who likes pets (or can at least live with themas we have a few. ) the ideal renter is not a smoker and drinks only occasionally and is not a party animal. that said its okay of course to have friends over!!! we are not your mom and dad so u will have to clean up after ur self.
