hi. my name is jean and i am a fourth year business economics undergraduate student at uc irvine. i am thai/chinese. my family is very nice, clean, and quiet. currently we are hosting two uci students (taiwanese) who are renting the extra bedrooms in our house. we have been renting our home out for over two years now. recently one of the master bedroom have become available and we are looking forward to rent it out to two more students.
