hi people.. i am looking for someone to move in on or near the 21st of this month ( march).

i live in a complex called the metropolitan.. that is irvine ( near the airport). it is a very safe, and surprisingly quiet ( cause of the airport ). people here are really friendly, and the landscaping here is beautiful.. this place is a hidden gem.. i grew up in newport and never heard of this place till 3 years ago.. we are located inside a gated community. we also have security guards on duty at the gate.. you have underground parking. we have 2 spots assigned to the apartment and you would get one of them.. plenty of guest parking and it never gets full.. the metropolitan also has a large pool, with a 17 person jacuzzi.. showers and bathrooms in pool area.. next to the pool we have a large gym.. tons of brand new equipment.. it's pretty sick.. across from there we have a community club house.. it's really lush and you can rent it out for parties and stuff. palm trees all over the place.. feels like hawaii. not the weather, the environment. nice walking path around the met.
in the apartment i have a washer/dryer, and in the kitchen we have everything a kitchen would have.. i guess.. we also have the largest patio in the met. the bedroom you would take over is very spacious ( 12 by 15 ). it is pretty big. the room also has a walk in closet with ( ) plenty of space.. we have the best of everything cox communication has to offer ( telephone, internet, cable)..
