this is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with both front and back yard, and you get your own private parking space located just below your bedroom window, and laundry room. the community boasts a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, the best i've ever seen!

both me and shane(2nd roommate) do well in keeping the place clean and enjoyable to come home to. we are not one-sided on any issue, and very laid back, just take your shoes off at the door, pay on time, and clean up after yourself. that's it!
