hello, my name is jenny. i am renting a 3bedroom/2bath house in huntington beach. the house is currently up for sale. i am not sure exactly when it will sell but when it does, we will have to move out. we will get a minimum of 30 days notice before we have to leave. if we get along well, we can explore the idea of getting a place together when the house sells. this is not something we have to do, just an idea. if you are just looking for a short term place, that's totally cool. it's looking like we still have quite a long time here b/c there are no offers on the house and it's priced too high. there are realtors who show the house to their clients once in awhile and open houses on the weekends from time to time. you must be ok with this. the house is beautiful and cozy. nice neighborhood and about a 5 minute drive to the beach. we are close to goldenwest college and bella terra. i am 29, originally from georgia. i have lived in ca for 3 years. i love it. :) i got to school mon-thurs evenings. i have one roommate, brandon. he is super sweet and hilarious. he will have you laughing all the time. we both get along with everybody and don’t like drama. the room will be avail on march 15th. all utilities are included, including cable/internet. there’s a washer and dryer inside and plenty of storage in the garage. there's a pool in the backyard but the pool pump is broken so we can't swim. :( you can have as many guests over as you want, there's no kind of household restrictions. we want you to feel totally comfortable here. the one and only thing i ask is that you keep the house clean. unfortunately, no pets. single occupancy room. month to month. you will share the main, remodeled bath with my roommate. no credit check. $200 deposit. i look forward to meeting you!!
