my house is located in a nice area & you would have access of the kitchen & washer & dryer. i also have a pool & spa in the backyard. i do not mind a few guests over at appropriate times but this is not a party house. $700 includes all utilities (to make it easier) gas, electric, water, trash, basic cable, & wireless internet. i need a $350 deposit upon moving in & it is a month to month lease. you would be sharing a full bathroom with one other female when i rent out the other room (i'm renting two rooms at the same time).
i have older children that live with me & are very well behaved. i have a small dog named coco & she's outside when i'm not here & she also sleeps in the garage at night b/c she is crate trained.
