delaware county private room to rent in 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on a quiet suburban street in havertown within walking distance of shopping and public transit. available starting june 1st (duration of rental is negotiable). havertown is a 20 minute commute to center city or the airport, 10 minutes to main line area, and 15 from king of prussia and media.about whom you'll be renting from: i'm a 49 year old professional male in a committed relationship. i work overnight hours for a major corporation, so (quietly) leave the house at 2 or 3 in morning and return by midday. i have three very friendly large breed dogs and keep my house clean and neat.
my ideal renter will be a neat, clean, dog loving male who doesn't smoke or will only smoke on the back deck. no parties or drugs please, and i'd really rather not deal with a ton of guests coming and going. you'll have free access to kitchen and laundry. there's plenty of street parking and possible off-street parking.
you would have access to living room and tv as well and we can even share some meals if we choose to. asking $550/month including all utilities and wifi. if you cook, clean, and will share household responsibilities, we may be able to negotiate
