-no pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no alcohol.
-no over-night staying visitors.
-access to living room, dining room, and kitchen - with very light cooking only.
-access to washer and dryer.
-access to high-speed (50-100mbps) wifi.
-shares separate private large bathroom with other tenants.
-basic utilities (water, gas electricity, trash collection) included in rent. a/c and heater not provided.
-(optional) electricity for portable heater and/or ac and other high power consuming devices would be charged an additional $10/week if tenant requires.
