i am renting a room in a 4 bedroom house. this room was expanded to be twice as big as the others. it has it's own driveway and private entrance. the driveway can accommodate 3 cars if you have visitors. i am including in the rent all utilities and highspeed turbo internet. this room has wood floors it's own personal air conditioner/heater.
the house has a huge backyard, swimming pool, and deck with gas bbq for entertaining. there is a common room with 52" tv and x-box 360. we are 3 miles from citrus and apu campuses and about 15 minutes from cal poly. the room will be available november 1st. i require 1st and last months rent and $200 security deposit.
this house is a great place to live and has a mellow vibe but not a frat house. hope to hear from you!
