my current roommate (male) and i (female) are looking for a third to rent a room in my house. our third roommate just got engaged to a friend that he met through me, so hey, you never know what moving in could mean! =)a little about the house:

big backyard

42" tv in living room
living spaces and kitchen are fully furnished
hard wood floors throughout (except in this bedroom)

at back of house for more privacy (right off dining room, you can see the door to it in the pic of the kitchen and dining room, to the left of the french doors)

easy freeway access to both 101 and 405
walking distance to balboa park (tennis, basketball, softball, soccer, golf, running trails)
just north of ventura blvd; tons of restaurants and shops
i am renting the room for $800 plus utilities, which average about $100/month for cable, internet, electric, gas and a cleaning lady every other week. move in asap. i am willing to negotiate on price if i find the right person.
person must be okay with dogs, as i have a 70 pound shepherd mix named willa. she is in the backyard during the day, and sleeps in my room with me at night.
