i have a room available for rent december 1 in a 2 bedroom plus den apartment in a beautiful location in eagan. there is an indoor pool, weight room, tennis court, party area, woods in the backyard and a cozy living room with a wide screen 3d tv. it is me and one other there, but there is plenty of room for another. your bedroom has a full closet. detached garage is available for a small fee through the office. located right off of highway 77 and highway 13. convenient for people working at the airport or blue cross. we are nice and respectful. please don't smoke at home.

rent is $500 a month. deposit is paid. please pay first and last month's rent when you move in. please be able to pass a background check through the office and have good rental history.
