Train station to Phila, is 4 miles from home in Downingtown. My Home is fully furnished with TV, VCR, DVD and wireless internet with cable, in all rooms in home. The large guest room pictured in this ad is $725.00. (Electric is included up to $150.00, after that the cost of Electric is 1/2 to each . Smaller room is $600.
