i am looking for somebody to sublease my room for the months of may, june, july, and august. i live in an apartment complex that includes a fitness center, cafe, convienent store, and nail/hair salon. the community is gated with 24/7 security. my apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. my roomate is staying during these months so you would be sharing the apartment with her. it will be furnished. it is a 10 minute walk to the jfk red line subway stop. bus stops are a 5 minute walk.
