private bedroom (10’8” x 12’), private bath, private living space (15’4” x 11’4”), shared kitchen, dining, laundry and entry.
non-smoker (of any kind), no drugs (medicinal, recreational or otherwise), no kids or pets. note, i do have 2 dogs.
i am the owner and occupant of the house. please keep in mind i am renting to you, not to your kids and/or significant other. please understand, i am only looking for only one roommate.
looking for a responsible, professional, clean (picks up after self) adult that can appreciate respecting others (/others’ space).
willing to do 3-12 month lease.
furnished bedroom is possible for the right candidate.
