here is the information about the two bedrooms to be leased:
bedroom: it has a big closet, one bathroom (totally private to the tenant). the rent will be $690/mo. if you take over my lease, you will not be affected by lease increases every year, so your rental rate remains $690. partial month rent will be prorated. one month deposit is required for leasing.
since i am looking for tenants to move-in as soon as possible, i am also willing to cover for utilities for 3 months if you move in before or around mid-june.
the room will be available starting may, but the move-in date is negotiable, and can begin in summer as well. the room can be leased for summer only or, for longer term, i.e. year-long (preferred).
the common area includes a full sized kitchen, and a large living room and dining room. we have cooking utensils, dining table, and sofa, all of which are free to use.
parking will be garreteer if you have a car. it is about 7 minutes (bike) to uc davis, 2 minutes to safeway shopping center.
