hi! my 3 housemates and i are looking for a 5th housemate! the room that's available for rent is a large room with its own fireplace, our house is conveniently located in south davis, close to safeway, dos coyotes, officemax, rite aid, etc. bus stops are 1-3 minutes away so definitely within walking distance! water, sewage, garbage disposal, and gardener are all included. you would only be paying rent and pg&e and internet bill! also, parking is abundant in this neighborhood so that wouldn't be a problem!

the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so we'd really love to have someone who's neat/tidy/doesn't party a lot live with us! please contact me with any questions/concerns, or any requests for pictures of the room/house!
