$900 move in cost for an approximately 11ft x13ft room that is month to month. utilities will be divided among the tenants. it is a private room. has its own closet and has laundry in the garage. there are 4 other college students living in the house, and we all share one bathroom and one kitchen. medium water damage on the floor. there is a bus stop right in front of the house and will take you to bart. it is also 10 minutes away from skyline shopping plaza. i am available to show room on sundays. if you want to come during the week days, email or text me first so we can set an appointment.
