hi, my name is paola. i am a female professional student currently attending ucla. i am looking for a laid back individual looking to move into a large room immediately. the apartment is fully furnished and your room has a bed already (can be removed upon request). we are nestled in one of the better areas in culver city near many shops/food. the neighborhood is very friendly here. the apartment is approximately 1000 sqft, which is larger than most places for this price range.

the rent is 750 for the room which is well worth it for the size of the apartment and for the great location. i would prefer a female roommate, but i am willing to consider anyone. we would share the utilities in the apartment, but mainly directv, high speed internet, electricity. we have a washer and dryer right outside the backdoor in the apartment (no need to pay quarters). i'm willing to considered a cat and nothing else.

i would need $25 per person for the application fee (the landlord wants a standard background check). deposit is 600 and the lease is until august 15 2011.
