room available (fits a queen sized bed/dresser), has a mini refrigerator in it, nice closet, and thermal curtains. off street parking is available. shared living in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, use of the laundry room, central air for during the hot, humid days of summer, living room, patio, deck, and spacious yard.home is located in an upscale residential neighborhood near the mississippi river. you would be 20 minutes to minneapolis, 25 minutes to st paul, 6 blocks to the nearest bus stop, close to a lot of shopping areas (riverdale and northtown). you would be close to the community college, coon rapids dam, a lot of nice restaurants nearby.
you would need to have your own vehicle/transportation, or be okay with the 1/2 mile walk to the bus stop.
you will need to have a regular stable job/legal income and show proof (your last 2 pay stubs), sign a release form from your prior residence, give references, br open to a background check which will cost $35.00. people with a lack of consideration for others or a criminal history need not apply. please don't respond of you cannot afford to pay the amount of rent. the room for rent is for a single person only! no couples families or pets. i don't mind if you have someone visit you once in awhile, that's okay as long as you understand that you are totally responsible for your guests/visitors behavior. violence, stealing, drama, and drugs or any other illegal activity will not be tolerated and result in a immediate eviction. we need to keep the common areas clean, you need to pick up after your own messes, remove the lint from the dryer after your clothes are dry. everyone is responsible for washing their own dishes right away and taking out the trash when it is filled up. ,(don't stuff the garbage can do full that the garbage is overflowing). please take the full bag of garbage outside to the big garbage can thats outside. you are responsible for taking care of taking out your own recycling to the recycling bin with a gray lid. you must be someone who is considerate about the fact that we are sharing space. we are pretty low key and just enjoy our life without chaos.
be responsible, somewhat social, and be respectful of others and be respectful of mine and my boyfriends privacy and be courteous and clean. this is not a party house. i don't smoke, i have designated smoking areas on the deck, patio, outside or in the garage as long as you don't leave your cigarette or wrappers and messes laying around and you core up after yourself. we are not 420 friendlyi don't mind if you like to have a couple of alcoholic beverages once in awhile. you will need to pay for your own food, toiletries, shampoos, conditioners, soap, toilet paper, and pay for your own cigarette addiction/habit and don't bum cigarettes off of my boyfriend and don't steal our food supplies either. absolutely no illegal drugs/activity allowed on my property, zero tolerance! we can be friendly, somewhat social, but we'll need to respect each other's privacy.
i have 3 bengal cats that are neutered, spayed, declawed and friendly. the female cat is a little bit on the shy side, but she would be happy if you were to throw her a cat toy, the male cat is very friendly and he welcomes lots of love and petting.
my boyfriend and i live a peaceful, quiet lifestyle, like to workout, , enjoy concerts, comedy clubs.
rent is $500.00 per month plus your part of the electric bill which would be $50.00 month. damage deposit is $500.00. a renters credit will not be given during tax time. rent term can be monthly, every 6 months, or yearly, i will need to get a one months notice to vacate at the end of the rental period.
