we are a married couple in our late 20's, one is a working student and other fulltime worker. we are christians and are looking preferrably for students to rent our rooms to, we have 3 spare rooms but would like to fill 2 at this time. the two rooms share a bath. we would prefer 2 friends or siblings. all untilities,laundry, security system and wifi are included in the rent. you would have access to the entire home but limited on personal guests we would discuss. we live in a brand new home and it is a great area located just on the riverside/colton/grand terrace border. extremely close freeway access and nearby colleges include, ucr/rcc/cal baptist/san bernardino valley college. please contact if you are serious and a clean non-smoking individual(s). thank you :)
