hello, just graduated from college not too long ago and bought this house as a first time home buyer. i generally keep to myself and won't mind at all if you prefer keep to yourself. all i ask is that bills are paid on time and the house is treated with care. the structure of the agreement would be a flat rate for rent, which includes utilities and internet. as far as how you would like to do food we could always discuss that. if you would prefer to split food or have a way of labeling what food is for you and what food is for me it's up to you. i'm all about making life easy if possible =) feel free to reach out to me at nowitzjt@hotmail.com if this deal interests you.

steps for consideration as a roommate
1) set up a face to face meetup so i can show you the place and we can ask each other questions.
2) review required documents: recent credit report or pay stub (within 30 days) and a copy of your driver's license.
3) follow up and discuss if we would like to be roommates.
the first month in rent and deposit needs to be paid by money order or cash and not by personal check. personal check after that is fine as long as there are not any issues with bounced checks.
