i have a room available in my 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. you would have your own bathroom and there is space in the office for another desk. the neighborhood has a tennis court, a pool and 3 spas.

there is parking available in the garage (assuming your car fits, otherwise there are spaces available in the neighborhood for rent). i have a washer and dryer and you would have full access to the kitchen.

i am a 24 year old female, recent college grad, looking for a female who is easy to get along with. i am easy-going and i have a dog (bichon/poodle mix) who is really sweet and pretty quiet. i also have a boyfriend who visits. i really like to cook, workout, take my dog on walks/to the park, watch movies and spend time with my friends in my spare time :-)

we would split the utilities and i do ask for one month rent for deposit, which would be returned when you move out. i will also do a background and credit check. i won't allow any drugs but smoking outside and occasional drinking are fine.
