this is a gorgeous 1600+ squft home. 4 bedrooms 2 â½ bath home.i am seeking two male roommates to rent two separate rooms in my home. one room consists of a large loft and the other is a room down the hall from the loft. you will have access to a furnished home including a living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, patio, garage and wifi.
renters cannot smoke nor own pets. the home is perfectly located adjacent to 485 with easy access to concord mills, university area and starlight theater. a security deposit is required and renters will enter a monthly contract. i need someone that will respect my house and take care of it as if it's their own. i predominately work monday through saturday 9 to 5 and will be home in the afternoons. rooms will be available 10/1/2015.
