i am a middle school language arts teacher, so you know i've already cleared a background check, to work with kids! my current roommate is getting married so she will be moving out end of april, and i'm looking for someone to move in around may 1st. the apartment is great - 2 bed 2 bath, so you will have your own bathroom. there is great closet space in the open room, as well as a nice big window. it also features a cable hookup for a tv. i have wireless internet; cable, as well as water and trash, are free. bills (for internet and electricity) amount to about $60 a month per person, depending on electricity usage. there are hardwood floors throughout the apartment, as well as a nice balcony with a small laundry room (i have a washer and dryer). the grounds of the apartment complex are beautifully landscaped. there is a pool, a fitness room, barbeque areas, and a security patrol. they are really more like condos than like apartments.
