2 furnished bedrooms available in 2400 sq. ft. house. bedrooms share upstairs full bath in my 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. master bedroom is currently occupied by an elderly gentleman.
house located in quiet residential neighborhood. large living areas with furnished den, living and dining rooms. a fully stocked kitchen is also available for your use.
i use the 4th bedroom as an office and am here weekdays from 8:00-4:00. i do not use the office as a bedroom and am not here in the evenings nor weekends.
utilities costs are shared by all tenants equally.
