apartment to share, has both a patio and backyard. it is in campbell within walking distance of the pruneyard, campbell park, los gatos creek trail and par course, light rail train and downtown campbell. the bedroom itself is large 13ft.by 13ft., plus closet space and a full private bathroom and a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard.
rent is $775 + $100 deposit and half utilities which come out to about $20-$25 for pg&e a month. as for tv, phone and internet hook-up, i'm still looking for the best deal. if you wish, i will rent the smaller room for $725. that room is 9' 7" by 11' 0".
