hey,

i have a nice 3 bedroom apartment on 12th and ivy, (pinetree apartments).
i live in a 3 bedroom apartment on 12th and ivy with another friendly laid back girl. our 3rd roommate is moving out in the next week or two and we need someone to take over her room. all of january is already paid and water and garbage is included. we also have a washer and dryer in our apartments so you don't have to lug your laundry outside and there is a pool and gym in the complex. my roommate and i are juniors at chico state who are dedicated to school during the week, but like to have fun on the weekends.
