this is a gorgeous, 3,000 square foot home in beaumont's elite fairway canyon development. it includes a pristine gym, two sparkling pools and a pga golf course. it is very freeway accessible. there is a huge, brand new park going in within 100 yards of us. plenty of hiking trails, walking paths.the house itself was built in 2012. i keep it extremely clean and uncluttered. my mom and i live here and we are both extremely quiet and remain to ourselves in our own rooms just about all of the time. the kitchen is gourmet with a french refrigerator. you can park in the driveway. there is a backyard with a barbecue. we have an adt alarm on the house. we have two dogs that are total sweethearts, a yellow lab and a boxer. i often cook dinner and would invite you to join us if you're around and interested.
the room itself is on the opposite,upstairs side of where i am in the master. you would have a private, two sink bathroom and you are adjacent to the laundry room. there is a beautiful desk downstairs that you are welcome to use with a new photo/scan/copy printer set up. there is plenty of storage in the garage and elsewhere. we have wifi, full cable and a tv if you need it. the room is furnished with a king bed and very nice linens, a nightstand and we could provide a full dresser, lamps, whatever you need. the neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and upscale.
if you are handy with repairs and can help me a bit with gardening and when things come up, that would be great. if you are good housekeeper and are interested in a reduction in rent in exchange for cleaning this castle for me, that would certainly be considered.
depending on who you are and your situation, i will consider either month to month or a six month lease.
no additional pets and no children, please. no smokers, drinkers or partiers. could be an ideal, long term solution for the right person. must be mature, responsible, good references, steady income.
