hello,i have a 10 x 10 ft. room available for rent with new carpet.
this is a two bedroom condo. very clean home. i just put in new wood floors and added new appliances. more upgrades to come to shape the place up.
i take pride in being a clean individual and expect the same from potential roommates. the complex is very clean and quiet. this is not a place for parties.
friends are allowed over to hang out, but they are not allowed to stay in the condo without you or i present. i am a very respectable person and will always respect
your personal belongings; with that being said, i would hope for the same. you will have your own parking spot. single person only. we split utility costs. we can share the food/supply costs,
but i recommend we designate our own food/supplies because some use more than others and it's just a lot easier if we get our own items. we will
share the cleaning duties which includes the bathroom, kitchen and all share-able living spaces (unless you prefer to split the costs for a maid). applicant must pick up after themselves.
you can keep your room the way you want it., as long as you respect the carpet and walls.
i work fulltime and go to school part time. i am an active individual who enjoys all things in life. very easy to get along with. :-)
if you're a focused college student and need a place to live and concentrate on your classes, this might be the place for you!
