1. apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. my new roommate would get their own bathroom attached to their room, plus have access to a door leading out to our balcony patio, which is overlooking the courtyard. my roommate's half of the rent would be $832.50. utilities are not included & we would have to split the bill on utilities. roughly, rent w/ utilities would be $900-$920.2. pets are permitted, however, there are specific breeds that are not allowed (namely pitbulls & other large dogs). there is also a pet rental fee of $25 per month, if approved by management.
3. i live in a l.e.e.d.s. (leadership in energy & environmental design) bldg., which won this major bldg award in 2009. this essentially means that the community is eco-friendly. my community has been in existence for over 1 year & is brand spanking new. for more info. on this resort style living, please check out: www.thecrossinganaheim.com
4. finally, you get to live with me. i'm a 32 yr. old professional woman. i usually work from home a few times during the week & really enjoy those times to be "quiet" in the home, which means "guest/visitor free".

**to my smoker friends: unfortunately, my community is a non-smoking property. tenants have been evicted for smoking in their apartment, because it is a breach of contract. if you really need to smoke daily, this may not be the place for you.
