we live in a spacious apartment in alhambra with a sizable living room, a working fireplace, hardwood floors, and a quaint balcony on the second floor. one of our current roommates is moving out and we're looking for the right person to fill their place. we are are mixed-gender house of working professionals and part-time students in our early to mid-twenties. we enjoy bike riding, dancing, youthful energy, a positive life-style, and los angeles in general. we have a chill and optimistic vibe in the house and we want someone who's looking for the same!the house has a good-sized kitchen and dining space, perfect for someone who enjoys to cook and/or host get-togethers. we keep the place clean and neat with a relaxed sense about it. once our current roommate moves out the house will be a bit under-furnished, however there's much potential for creativity to make this space great.
this location is perfect for working professionals and students alike (10 mins to cal state la, 15 to elac, 10 mins from pcc). the apartment is located right on the border of alhambra, san marino, and south pasadena - and a 15-25 minute drive to downtown la. in walking distance to restaurants, ralph's grocery store, bank of the west, and parks (garfield park). right up the street from downtown alhambra.
